This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05, dated February 27, 2020.

This requirement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP), performancebased single award task order contract (SATOC) to support the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), CIO/G-6 Cyber Directorate cyber readiness under FAR part 16.5 Indefinite Delivery Contracts.

USACE requires the ability to rapidly deploy cyber technicians to perform checks and simulatedinspections, to recommend issue mitigation, ways to harden sites, and to train, report, and assist staff with Cyber issues.
