The U.S. Army Reserves currently has a requirement for snow removal at the following location:

United States Joint Armed Forces Center
3401 Olyphant Avenue
Scranton PA 18509-1100

The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, safety equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all operations and services in accomplishing snow removal operations.
The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be 2/18/13 to 2/17/14 with 4 one year option periods. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small business concerns utilizing NAICS 561790- Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $7M.
A solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about 1/11/13 with an anticipated award date of 2/15/13.
To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered with the System for Award management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Payments for the resulting contract will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Contractors can register for WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
