The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement for Linen/Mat Rental/Cleaning/Exchange Services for Fort Buchanan located in Puerto Rico. The items to be serviced under this Request for Quote (RFQ) include butcher coats, shirts, pants, bib aprons and gloves, colored smocks, cobbler aprons, bar towels and various sizes of mats and dust and wet mops. Quantities of each item will be identified in the RFQ. The contractor shall be required to provide the items in a variety of sizes. The contractor shall be required to pick up from the commissary a minimum of once each week all soiled garments, mats and mops, and drop off clean replacement garments, mats and mops at the same time. The period of performance is 1 April 2005 through 31 March 2006 and includes four one-year options. The NAICS code is 812332 and the business size standard is $12 million.
