The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price contract for rental and cleaning of various size floor mats. Mats will be changed weekly (on Mondays, unless other arrangements have been made) during inclement weather and several added mats in key areas will be used as needed. Color is negotiable. This contract will be a base year with three (3) option years. The base year will be July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009Option Year 1: July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010Option Year 2: July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011Option Year 3: July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 Solicitation No. 08SQ400148 will be issued on or about June 21, 2008, and will be available for downloading directly from the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The date for receipt of quotes is June 27, 2008. This solicitation will be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded on or about June 30, 2008. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is: 812331; the small business size standard is $13 million.
