This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse collection, processing and disposal in support of ongoing operations at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) and Kawaihae dock on the Island of Hawaii, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 11 April 2008. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 2 May 2008.

Period of performance is 1 JUN 08 through 31 MAY 09 with 4 prepriced 12-month option periods.

This procurement is unrestricted.
