The U.S. Army Soldier System Center, Natick Massachusetts intends to enter into noncompetitive negotiations with Waste Management, 26 Patriot Place, Foxboro, Massachusetts for refuse removal operations for the Soldier System Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts for a period of six months while new requirements are being developed for a competitive solicitation. Nothin herein shall be misconstrued as a request for proposal. Request for proposal does not exist.
