The contractor is to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform Refuse Collection Services for Post and Family Housing at Fort Huachuca, AZ, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2. Technical Proposal: The pro posal shall consist of a short narrative describing the qualified personnel, equipment and equipment maintenance procedures being proposed to meet the requirements. 3. The terms are for a Base Year with four one year options. 4. Period of Performance: Base Period, 01 September 2003 thru 30 October 2004 with four one year options.
