Army Contracting Command-New Jersey is specifically seeking Small Businesses (SB) with experience, personnel and capabilities to perform refuse collection and recycling service at Scranton Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), 3401 Olyphant Ave, Scranton, PA 18509. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide refuse collection and recycling services. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price with a 12- month base period and four (4) 12- month-option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 562111 with a size standard of $38,500,000.00.
