The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary for the weekly placement of floor mats in the quantities of: 2’X 3’ (57 Ea.); 3’X 4’ (55 Ea.); 4’X 6’ (47 Ea.); 5’X 8’ (13 Ea.); 5’X 10’ Monogrammed (2 Ea.); 3’X 15’ (26 Ea.); and 5’X 15’ (4 Ea.) in administrative and work areas at the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), Columbus, Ohio, as described in Section C Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Small Business size standard is $4,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 561740. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.
