The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) has a requirement for on-site maintenance support for Pharmacy 2000 software and use of the AccuMed equipment including telephone support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, software updates (does not include labor or cost of upgrade), and pill imaging library services in support of the United States Naval Hospital Okinawa for period of performance of from 15 June 2009 through 14 June 2010 in Okinawa Japan with four (4) one-year option periods. A Firm Fixed Priced performance based service contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NAICS Code 811219 is applicable for this requirement. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with Parata Systems LLC, a small business concern. Interested small business corporations with certification to provide on-site telephone and software maintenance to the Pharmacy 2000 system and AccuMed equipment may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
