The BLM intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract for janitorial services with lawn care and snow removal responsibilities at the Malta Field Office in Malta Montana. As a Small Business Set-Aside, sub-contracting restrictions apply. Tentative Period of Performance (POP) for this Base plus Two Option Year contract is May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2018. Actual POP is dependent on the credentialing of contractor employees. A Site Tour has been scheduled.
