NA Maintenance Services for Grayson Lake, Grayson, Kentucky. Approximate time will be the remainder of calendar year 2002 and four additional one year option periods with up to five additional award term one year periods based on performance. The work consi sts essentially of mowing, cleaning, and selected maintenance services in public use areas of the project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Experience and Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipm ent and (D) Price. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type Award Term Contract, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered.
