This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25. This is totally set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 722110 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is $7,000,000.

The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: Contractors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Register at www.ccr.gov. Award will be made to the lowest offeror whose services meet the Governments minimum needs. Provide evening meals for up to 65 individuals daily through the period of performance. Meals include plated or buffet options including hot/cold drinks. Price is inclusive of meals and drinks.

LUNCH MEALS
Period of Performance 9 November 2009 through 23 November 2009
Provide lunch meals for 65 individuals daily through the period of performance. Some lunch meals may only be attendance and total payment may be adjusted accordingly. Meals include plated or buffet options including hot/cold drinks. Price is inclusive of meals and drinks.
