This is a pre-solicitation notice. Contractor shall provide laundry and dry cleaning services required by Fairchild AFB. This service entails pick up and delivery to and from multiple sites. Services shall be performed in accordance with all Federal, State, local and commercial standards. This acquisition will be accomplished using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13.5. The Government will evaluate offers utilizing Performance Price Trade Off (PPT) procedures. This procurement is restricted as a small business set-aside with North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 812332 and the related small business size standard is $12.0M. This procurement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract. This requirement will be for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. THE GOVERNMENT WILL ISSUE THIS SOLICITATION THROUGH THE INTERNET. Procurement documents will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format nor CDs. Notification of any changes to this solicitation will be made ONLY on the Internet site.
