The purpose of this contract is to solicit quotes for janitorial services for the Ketchikan-Misty Ranger District Administrative office. This is a commercial item acquisition. The project is located in Ketchikan, Alaska at 3031 North Tongass Ave.. The performance period is for one year with two option years. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about September 5, 2006 for viewing and printing. Potential offerors are requested to the solicitation from the Internet if at all possible. Alternatively, a hard copy of the solicitation documents may be requested via fax at 907.228.6241. Fax requests should reference solicitation AG-0116-S-06-0063. Telephone requests will not be honored. Offers will be due approximately 14 calendar days after the solicitation issue date.
