13.Dec.2011 Change: Added two clauses and replaced one. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) issued by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Central Montana District Office. As a Small Business Set-Aside, the BLM intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract for janitorial services with lawn care and snow removal responsibilities. This project is located at the Malta Field Office Complex in Malta Montana. There are three items to quote; base year plus two option years. Along with the SF-1449, the following documents are attached: Schedule of Items, Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, Green Product Information, Miscellaneous Green Product Information, Security Requirements, Property Drawing, Floor Plan, Service Wage Determination, Past Performance Questionnaire, and Reps and Certs. Tentative Period of performance for the Base Year is January 2, 2012 through December 31, 2012 depending on how soon the award can be made and the credentialing of the awardee. Option Year 1 encompasses 2013 and Option Year, 2014. ALL quoters are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the project location and site conditions before quoting.
