The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services under a performance based contract at the National Weather Service, 10009 General Mahone Highway, Wakefield, VA. The work area covered by the specifications is approximately 4,300 square feet. Period of Performance will be October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with four one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
