The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services under a performance based contract at the National Weather Service site in Blacksburg, Virginia. The work area covered by the specifications is approximately 6,344 square feet. PROSPECTIVE VENDOR SHALL HAVE AN OFFICE SPACE WHICH IS LOCATED WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS OF THE WEATHER SERVICE SITE IN BLACKSBURG. Period of Performance will be December 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with four one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Successful offeror will be required to register in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
