The purpose of this solicitation is to request RFQ for janitorial services in a Government occupied buildings in strict compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions contained herein. Janitorial services shall be performed in the USDA, ARS, MSA, SRRC, Sugarcane Research Unit (SRU) in Houma and Schriever, Louisiana. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and supplies (except as specified herein as Government furnished) necessary to maintain the designated buildings in a clean, sanitary, and acceptable condition. Performance will be according to the standards indicated herein. The contract will commence on October 1, 2007 and continue through September 30, 2008, with three additional option years possible. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, and services (except as otherwise specified) to perform the SOW. SOW to be posted.
