This project consists of providing janitorial services at the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison (GMUG) National Forest?s Gunnison Ranger District Office located at 216 N. Colorado Street, Gunnison, Colorado, 81230. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and supplies necessary to maintain the designated building in a clean, sanitary and acceptable condition. There is one building to be cleaned within this contract, including the building interior and exterior, outside walkways, landscaping, and parking areas. The project is located in Gunnison County, Colorado. The project will be awarded as a firm-fixed price Performance Based Service Contract for a base period of 4 months and 4 one-year options. This is a 100% set-aside for small business.
