The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Weather Service (NWS) is in need of a contractor that can provide janitor services at the National Weather Service, Riverton, WY.
DESCRIPTION:
The contractor shall be responsible for satisfactorily managing and performing programs for cleaning. All equipment, material and supplies shall be included by the contractor, including toilet paper, paper towels, urinal deodorant and hand soap, and properly stored in the area designated by the Meteorologist-in-Charge (MIC). Services performed under this contract shall be performed during hours approved by the MIC. Inspection and acceptance of work will be done by the MIC or his/her designated representative.
Any business capable of completing this project is encouraged to respond to this announcement within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. The NAICS code for this action is 561720. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is being executed under the Commercial Acquisition Procedures of FAR part 12. The Central Region Acquisitions Division requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
