The intent of this solicitation is for providing janitorial services for approximately 7,070 square feet of office space at the Placerville Nursery. Interested vendors need to be aware that this is not ordinary office cleaning. Work at the Nursery can be VERY dirty and there may be mud and pitch to be cleaned from tables, desktops, counters, walls, drinking fountains, etc.This will be a Commercial Item Solicitation with a separate solicitation package. The solicitation package will be available approximately September 24, 2002. Responses are due on October 16, 2002 at close of business (4:30 pm.)
