The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service requires janitorial services for the USDA, Agricultural Research Center, located at Mississippi State, Mississippi. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies (except for Government furnished hand soap, plastic trash bags, paper towels and toilet tissue), supervision necessary to perform the services between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., five days a week. The contract will be for the period of November 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with option years. An IFB will be issued on or about September 7, 2004.
