Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri is seeking 100% small business sources to perform custodial service at the Missions End Co-located club located on Whiteman AFB. Please preview the following statement of work. STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Contractor will provide all personnel, tools, equipment, supplies, materials, and all other items needed to perform custodial services at the Missions End, Whiteman AFB, MO. Custodial services will be performed in a timely manner and Contractor must present a clean, near, and proessional appearance while maintaining a satisfactory facility condition. 2.Cleaning will be performed Monday through Saturday except Federal Holidays and facility closures. 3.Missions End will provide a key to the Contractor upon contract start up. The contractor will be responsible for the safe-keeping of all keys. If the key(s) are lost, the contractor will be financially responsible to re-key the facility. The Contractor wil return all keys to the Missions End Manager upon termination of this contract. 4.Cleaning will be performed in four (4) drinking fountains, 1,440 square foot of glass, 3, 810 square foot of quarry tile, 50 square foot of walk off mats, 36 restroom fiztures and 3810 square foot of floor maintenance. THE FOLLOWING CLEANING STANDARDS WILL BE MAINTAINED a.Drinking fountains attached to a facility are considered part of the facility. All porcelain and polished metal surfaces, including orifices and drain as well as exterior surfaces of the fountain shall be cleaned and disinfected. Drinking fountains shall be free of streaks, stains, spots, smudges, scale and other obvious soil. b.All interior glass/mirrors this includes all glass partitions, walls and doors to include glass door entranceway inside/outside, mirrors and adjacent trim with a lower edge below eight (8) feet. Glass that extends higher than eight (8) feet is not to be included. Cleaned glass will have no traces of film, dirt, smudges, water or foreign matter. This includes both sides of glass partitions, walls and doors. c.Restrooms will be completely clean and disinfected on all surfaces. ON mop sinks, toilet bowls, urinals, showers lavatories, dispensers, doors, walls and other such surfaces, a germicidal detergent will be used. All receptacles will be left free of deposits, dirt, streaks, and odors, stains, scale, scum, urine deposit and rust stains. Disinfect all surfaces of partitions, stalls, stall doors, entry doors, (including handles, kick plates, ventilation grates, metal guards, etc.) and wall areas adjacent to wall mounted lavatories, urinal, showers and toilets. d.Flooring will be swept and mopped; the entire surface shall be free from litter, dust and foreign debris including grout. Grout on call and floor tiles will be free of dirt scum, mildew, residue, etc. Floors are to have a uniform appearance without streaks, swirl marks, detergent residue or any evidence of soil, stain, film or standing water. Easily moveable items will be moved aside to sweep and damp mop underneath. e.Maintain floors: Floors will be stripped, scrubbed, waxed, etc. as necessary to maintain sanitary conditions and a clean, uniform appearance. Glazed ceramic tile will be scrubbed only. 5.The Missions End will supply the toilet paper, bathroom paper towels and soap. The Contractor shall ensure that the restrooms are stocked so that the supplies do not run out. Overstocking will not be allowed. 6.In accordance with FAR 37.103(a)(1), it is determined that this is a non-personal service as the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees.
