This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number VA261-17-Q-0676 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $18 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please provide a fixed monthly rate for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall provide Janitorial services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation package. (vii) The period of performance is from 1 September 2017 31 August 2018 with 3 option years. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
