The Contractor to provide Janitorial service to clean approximately 102,410 square feet consisting of offices, waiting rooms, corridors, hallways, public restrooms, elevators, supply storage areas, receiving areas, facility management areas, atrium stairway including the quite room, transient quarters, and the Shiprock Service Unit Substance Abuse Offices. The Contractor shall provide the personnel, all cleaning supplies, and equipment and other machines, that will be needed for the cleaning activities for this project. The Contractor shall designate a work leader for each shift. Schedule shall be two shifts: Day shift to be from 0700 to 1530 hrs. and the evening shift to be from 1530 - 2400 hrs., Monday to Sunday or as directed by Project Officer. The Contractor employees shall wear uniforms in accordance with NNMC policy. The Contractor employees shall receive a Basic Safety and Equipment Orientation and Hazardous Chemical Training. The Contractor shall establish and maintain a complete and written quality control plan, consistent with industry practices, to assure that all performance requirements of the contract are met.
