Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services at the National Weather Service Forecast Office, 810 Main Street, Caribou, ME. The work area covered by the specifications is approximately 8,428 square feet. Approximately one-half of the office is of open-space design with a ceiling height of 25 feet. Period of Performance will be October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with four one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
