The Contractor shall provide all the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services at the following location: MBS International Airport, US Customs Office, 8500 Garfield, Freeland, MI. The term of the contract is a 1-year base period with four 1-year options. Estimated start date is January 1, 2008. This is a negotiated procurement set-aside for small business concerns. NACIS Code is 561720 with size standard of $15 million. The solicitation will be available October 19, 2007; actual date of receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. Estimated award date is November 30, 2007. The solicitation will be available for download through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) website (www.fedteds.gov).
