This is a Source Sought Notice only. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quotes, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set aside for small businesses.

Army Contracting Command-New Jersey is specifically seeking Small Businesses (SB) with experience, personnel and capabilities to perform grounds maintenance service at Rutland Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), Rutland, VT. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to provide the grounds maintenance service.
The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price with a base year and four (4) one-year option periods.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561730 with a size standard of $7 Million. The Government anticipants a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and the anticipated solicitation date is To Be Announced (TBA).
