This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The reference number is F73CER31050100 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2002-13. (iv) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 561730 and small business size standard is $6,000,000.00. (v) This requirement consists of various line items to be priced individually for one month. (vi) This requirement is for Base Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the Statement of Work, dated May 2003. (vii) The expected period of performance of any resulting order will be 1 May 2003 to 31 May 2003.
