This acquisition is for Full Food Services at U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command Kodiak, Alaska, and its tenant Government activities. The Contractor will provide all labor, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for full food services. This procurement is an 8 (a) small business set aside. The period of performance is one base year, beginning 1 January 2007 through 30 September 2007, with four one-year options from 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008, 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2009, 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010, and 01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011. Technical proposal will be required. Award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government. The services will be acquired under the authority of FAR Part 12. The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 October 2007 with a planned closing date of 28 November 2007. A guided site visit is planned.
