Nonpersonal Service: Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform Food Service Mess Attendant Services at the 143rd Airlift Wing Dining Hall, North Kingstown, RI and the 282nd Combat Communicat ions Squadron Dining Hall, North Smithfield, RI. Contractor tasks and duties to include but are not limited to cleaning the kitchen, pots, pans, and Dining Hall. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Based Service Statement of W ork. The contract will be for a basic period of one year (1 October 2004 thru 30 September 2005) with two one year option periods. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business.
