Contractor is to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision and transportation necessary to adequately provide the required custodial services for the Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS), Limestone, 27 Arkansas Road, Limestone, ME 04751-6216 according to the Performance Work Statement, including attachments 1 through 4 and Technical Exhibits 1 through 3.
