PRESOLICITION NOTICE FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT RAF LAKENHEATH COMMISSARY AND RAF MILDENHALL, UNITED KINGDOM In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.202(a)(12), Notification of Proposed Contract Action was not advertised in the Commerce Business Daily as only United Kingdom sources will be solicited and all services will be performed outside the United States. The U.S. Air Force 48th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit proposals and award a Single, Fixed Priced Contract for Custodial Services for the Commissary at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall Suffolk, England. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at RAF Lakenheath Commissary, United Kingdom in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Anticipated solicitation release date is 23 May 2003 with a site visit proposed to take place 28 May 2003 at RAF Lakenheath.
