Pursuant to the authority of 44 U.S.C 2112(a) and Public Law 89-169, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends issue a sole source contract to Texas A & M University for Consolidated Facility Management Support Services for the George Bush Presidential Library located on the Texas A & M University Campus. An agreement between Texas A & M University Board of Regents and NARA, that provides NARA use of the George Bush Presidential Library, contemplates a cost reimbursable no fee contract will be awarded to Texas A & M University for the Library facility support services in late August or early September 2002. The period of performance is from the date of contract award for one (1) base year and four (4) one (1) year options. The government has determined that there is only one responsible source. No solicitation is available and telephone calls will not be accepted.
