The Contractor shall provide all management, tools,
transportation, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform waste water inspection, pumping, cleaning, treatment and disposal services for septic tanks, cesspools (to include lint traps if applicable) at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) and Kilauea Military Camp (KMC) Army Military Installation on the Island of Hawaii (Big Island) in the State of Hawaii (See Technical Exhibit (TE) #1). Services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations.
