The Indiana National Guard intends to solicit with the purpose of awarding a contract for full catering service, which includes; preparation, service, K.P., and sanitation. The contractor will provide procurement of food, and all other supplies nece ssary to comply with the requirements of the contract. The contract will cover one base year plus four annual optional years. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to provide meals based on the approved menu. A prescribed menu structure wil l be provided and is intended to provide variety of selection thus encouraging a high percentage of soldier use of the Military Dining facility. Interested firms must be flexible and plan meals in coordination with the assigned government representative. The number of meals to be served may fluctuate, and the window for adjustments may be as short as 36 hours. The dining facility is located at Camp Atterbury, Building 5, or any DFAC to run operations Edinburgh, IN. The Government will provide property un der accountability. Solicitation W912L9-04-R-0011 is expected to be released no later than 30 July 2004.
