This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) and South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement to support scheduled monthly Guard Drills with meals. The requirement is for contractor delivered and served meals in Sioux falls, SD 57104. Number of meals is estimated and may change monthly. Contractor shall coordinate with the SDARNG Point of Contact (POC) 1 week prior to all deliveries.
No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation or affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% Small Business set aside. Applicable NAICS 722310 - Food Service Contractors, the small business size standards is $38.5 Million. RFQ solicitation response date is10 December 2014.
