This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


The Regional Training Institute (RTI) and South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement to support training with meals. The requirement is for contractor delivered and served meals in Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Number of meals is estimated and may change. Contractor shall coordinate with the SDARNG Point of Contact (POC) prior to all deliveries.
No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation or affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% Small Business set aside. Applicable NAICS 722310 - Food Service Contractors, the small business size standards is $38.5 Million. RFQ solicitation response date is 31 December 2014.
