Project Scope: The project consists of remodeling the existing area to create 2 classrooms and 4 huddle rooms. The project will include approximately 3,200 sq. ft. of remodeling located on the first floor. The work will included, but is not limited to: minor demolition of demountable partitions, ceilings and related mechanical and electrical systems; the construction of new gypsum board partitions, doors, frames, windows, hardware, suspended ceilings, and finishes; mechanical systems including heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; and electrical systems including power, lighting, and special systems.
