The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select an A/E to assist the Owner in the performance of its obligations and enforcement of its rights during the design and construction of the RWC/W-20 Roof Replacement A1 and A2 North located at Ridgewater College, 2101 15th Ave NW, Willmar, MN. Replace existing roofing in two roof areas (Area A1 and A2) with a Minnesota State compliant built-up roof system. The scope of work will consist of the tear-off and complete roof replacement of the existing roof system down to the existing deck and masonry rehabilitation at Building A- Student Center, Areas Al and A2 (North).
