Scope of Work is to remove existing EPDM lined hidden gutter, existing tin hidden gutter, remove rotten wood (outlooks, decking of gutter, fascia, soffit and other trim that makes the hidden gutter), including lead abatement, replace with new wood matching existing profile, prime and paint all exposed wood at the hidden gutter, install new 20 oz. copper gutter formed to match existing profile with copper expansion joints and downspouts fully soldered and shown on drawings meeting requirements listed in the specifications. Also included is the replacement of approx. 37 roof windows including new copper flashing & interior finishes. Work expected to start March 2023.
