The Work to be done consists of the reconstruction of a section of perimeter road at the West and East ends of Runway 7L-25R at the Long Beach Airport. The Work to be done on both ends consists of removal of existing section of perimeter road, performing necessary excavation and grading, constructing asphalt concrete on crushed miscellaneous base on geogrid, installing pavement markings and striping, and hydroseeding of graded areas. Additional Work to be done on the East end consists of removal of two driveways along Lakewood Blvd, constructing sidewalk, curb, and gutter, and fence relocation. One of the driveways will be relocated and constructed further south along Lakewood Blvd and a new security access gate will be installed.
