The Work to be done consists primarily of removal of existing asphalt concrete surfaces, performing necessary excavation and grading, recompaction of existing soil, constructing asphalt concrete pavement on crushed aggregate base, installing pavement markings and striping, runway edge lighting and signs, storm drain improvements and hydroseeding.
