  The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2640-01-419-6200.  An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two 1 year options is anticipated.  The total duration, based plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as "Unrestricted."  using FAR Part 13.5 Procedures
