This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a request for a quote (RFQ).

This acquisition is a small business-set aside. The NAICS code is 334111. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 10 days of the publication of this notice. We anticipate a sole source award to Dewetron, Inc., 10 High Street, Ste K, Wakefield, RI 02879 for Ruggedized Notebooks.

Delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB CA 93524, FOB Destination. Delivery shall not be any later than 30 days from the date of award. The following provisions and clauses apply: Provision 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference.
