Solicitation N00421-17-T- 0062  is issued as a , synopsis/solicitation.  The Government intends to purchase on a brand name firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. .  VectorNav Technologies is the only known source of the VN-200 Rugged GPS.  The requested item must be compatible existing equipment.  Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.  Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
