Solicitation N0042119Q0375 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with LJT Associates, Inc, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 52.219-6. The requested RUGGED 4 U Recorder and associated equipment must be compatible in form, fit and function with existing equipment. These are the specific items that have been specified and qualified for this effort.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 11:00AM EST 05 July 2019 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
