This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for one full color US Coast guard Academy rugby scoreboard (8'H x 25'W), prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is 21-14-394PFS021 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.

Description:
Full USCG Academy Color rugby scoreboard 8'H x 25'W to include the following:

• Radio controlled console with carrying case
• Scoreboard radio control kit with battery
• Logo sponsor panel
• Trumpet horn
• Set Rugby Captions
• Custom Team Colors
• Custom Team Name/Logo vs Home
• Solar power kit
• Removal and disposal existing scoreboard
• Installation and training

All equipment to be delivered inspected and installed by the table manufacturer or vendor. The proposal must include a design plan, equipment listing, and include the cost of all equipment and installation/labor/ shipping. Inspection and acceptance is to be at the destination with delivery. New equipment only, no remanufactured or "gray market" items will be accepted.
