The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Paliton Networks located at 21147 White Clay Place, Leesburg, VA 20175 for the acquisition of Ruckus networks. This vendor is the proprietary owner for the manufacturer device that found the best coverage and features. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business’ only. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures."
